Seamless UX for Smarter Diagnostics

As part of my engagement with EIRL in 2023, I had the opportunity to design the website for ClickCare, a healthcare startup offering at-home and in-lab diagnostic services. The challenge was to craft a clear, approachable, and trustworthy user interface that appeals to a wide demographic while making complex health services feel accessible and easy to navigate. This project focused solely on the UI/UX design, where I prioritized user clarity, intuitive tab-based navigation for service types, with a soft yet modern color palette to build credibility and comfort. The handoff was packaged for seamless collaboration with development teams. The final UI is a dynamic, responsive-first layout that highlights key services, encourages comparison between providers, and reflects ClickCare’s brand promise of bringing expert diagnostics to your doorstep.
